The 2025 CIOarts Annual Conference will be held at Shaw Festival Theatre in Niagara On The Lake, Ontario, Canada.The Conference will be held April 2nd through 4th, 2025 with a Tessitura pre-day on April 1st.

The 2025 CIOArts conference will be hosted at Shaw Festival Theatre, the second largest repertory theatre company in North America.Located in Ontario, Canada’s beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake wine country, minutes from Niagara Falls and the US border.For those travelling from the USA please ensure your passport is up to date.The conference will be held in the Jackie Maxwell Studio Theatre at Shaw Festival.Conference Breakfast and Lunch will be served in the Macdonald Heaslip Lobby.The conference is approximately a two-hour drive from Toronto International Airport (YYZ) and one-hour drive from Buffalo International Airport (BUF). If flying into Buffalo, a boarding crossing is required. Here are some ground transportation options:

Both the primary (Queen's Landing) and alternate (Prince of Wales) hotel room blocks are now full. Rooms may be available at either hotel outside the room block by contacting the hotels directly either through their website or by calling 1-888-669-5566.The conference hotels are a 5 minute walk to the conference venue.The hotels are approximately a two-hour drive from Toronto International Airport (YYZ) and one-hour drive from Buffalo International Airport (BUF).
